He maintains several professional certifications including Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/US, CIPP/G, FIP), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), as well as many marketing automation and email service provider certifications. Chris is actively involved with the Email Experience Council (EEC), Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG), Email Sender & Provider Coalition (ESPC), and International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He authored the first deliverability book – “Deliverability Inferno” that has sold over 5,000 copies.
Syleah is the lead Enterprise Account Executive for the East coast at MessageGears, helping enterprise marketers to deliver personal email communications at scale. Serving as a trusted resource of industry knowledge, she’s adept at developing meaningful relationships with prospects and customers. After earning her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), she launched her career in Atlanta with a focus on strategic sales. Her favorite part of her job is having face-to-face interactions with customers and prospective clients.
